Bus Departs: Scotstoun Leisure Centre - 4.30pm
As there is so many people travelling down please be there in good time, and report to your assigned group leader.
(Click here for more details) Please limit baggage to one bag per person, if travelling in family groups it may be better to pack everyones things in one
bag.
Please do not enter the leisure centre, i am sure you are aware that there is not room for 60 people to meet in their
entrance!
Instead we will meet next to the running track entrance which is where the bus will meet us. If it is raining you
can seek shelter in the stadium.
We are using Doigs for our bus travel and have booked a 70 seater coach so there is plenty of room for everyone.
We will stop for dinner halfway through the journey. Please ensure your child has suitable funds for this.
We aim to arrive at accomodation by 10pm.
On the saturday we will be picked up by our bus driver at 10.30am. It is hoped that the Sparklers will perform
around 12 noon and the seniors at around 3pm however this is subject to confirmation around 2 weeks prior to the event.
If this is the case there will be an opportunity for those not involved in the 8 minute shrek display to go swimming on the
saturday afternoon. We will leave the centre around 4pm. Lunch will be packed lunches which will be provided.
On the saturday evening we will be picked up at 7pm and taken to anfield stadium for dinner and disco. All youngsters
who are not at secondary school will be picked up with their parents and laura and rachel at 10pm. Those at secondary
will have the option to stay on for the remainder of the disco - until 11.15pm. Taxi's will be pre-booked to return
gymnasts to accomodation before midnight. There will be 1 adult in each taxi. If your child is at secondary school
and you do not wish them to stay until this time please indicate this to Ellena asap.
On the sunday we will leave hotel at 11am and head to the leisure centre. Everyone will perform 3 minute shrek.
After the presentations we will leave the centre around 2pm and return to Glasgow for around 7pm.
